The HOME'y program is a mail call based program. HOME'ys will agree to provide their service member and/or Hometown Hero with weekly mail call. Care packages are suggested but not a requirement of the program.
All interested HOME'ys will submit their information via email and agree to a phone interview.

Hobbies/Activities in order to better match you with your adoptee.

Your information will not be made public.
Applications submitted without all required information will not be approved.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
We will only assign one HOME'y per service member or Hometown Hero, however, an adoptee may have two HOME'ys if one is only a 'letter' HOME'y.
